This Policy covers our public website, communications, and client services. It does not apply to third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Airwallex, Square)—their policies govern their processing.

  • To provide and improve services: reviewer packs, test orders, staged ramps, weekly tie-out and disbursements.
  • To perform KYC/underwriting and compliance with applicable laws and PSP rules.

  • To secure, audit, and maintain evidence (immutable links to exports/screens tied to your engagement).
  • To analyze performance and plan reserves, caps, and risk controls.
  • With your consent for specific purposes, where required.

Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention), legal obligation, and consent where applicable.

4) How we share information

  • PSPs and platforms: to submit applications, manage RFIs, disputes, payouts, and reserves.
  • Vetted processors: cloud hosting, analytics, communication, verification partners—bound by contracts.
  • Corporate/Legal: to comply with law, enforce terms, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
