Step 3 — Test Orders

After approval, we run 5–10 low-value test orders to validate auth rates, risk signals, descriptor display, and fulfillment SLAs before stepping into ramps. We don’t sell or rent accounts—everything is documented and auditable.

What we test

🔐
Auth/AVS/CVV — authorization rate health and fraud screening behavior.
🏷️
Descriptor — statement/receipt descriptor appears correctly; support line reachable.
🚚
Fulfillment SLA — carrier label + tracking ≤ 24h posted back to orders.
↩️
Refund path — partial/full refund flows and logs captured properly.
📬
Notifications — order, shipping, and refund emails/SMS accurate and branded.
🧮
Ledger tie-out — gross, fees, reserves, refunds reconcile to payout view.

Structured test matrix

Case Goal Expected Status
Auth baseline Validate auth/AVS/CVV acceptance >= target auth rate; no unusual risk declines TO RUN
Descriptor check Confirm statement text + support reachability Correct descriptor; support line answers TO RUN
Tracking SLA Post tracking within SLA ≤ 24h from charge; carrier + number valid TO RUN
Refund flow Exercise partial and full refunds Funds reversed; logs exported; emails sent TO RUN
Ledger tie-out Reconcile payouts Gross-fees-reserves-refunds = net payout TO RUN

We keep artifacts (screens, exports) for each case in the audit trail.

Watch-list signals

  • Sudden fraud-screen score spikes or 3DS step-ups
  • Descriptor mismatch or support bounce
  • Delayed labels or repeated carrier exceptions
  • Early disputes/INR claims or unusual refund clustering
  • Payout reserve/hold messages changing unexpectedly

Any two red signals = pause and remediate before continuing.

Instrumentation

  • Live dashboard of auth/declines and risk codes
  • Auto-export tracking + refund logs nightly
  • Weekly payout tie-out with owner & brand countersign
  • Immutable links for reviewer evidence (screens/CSVs)
Ready to validate on live traffic?
We’ll run the matrix, capture evidence, and clear any flags before ramps.

Test Orders — FAQ

Why low-value orders?
They surface auth, descriptor, tracking, and refund signals with minimal cash exposure while the platform’s risk systems learn your pattern.
How long does this phase take?
Typically 2–4 days depending on fulfillment speed and corridors. If we see flags, we pause and remediate before proceeding.
Do you sell or rent accounts?
No. We match and operate on warmed payment lanes under dual KYC and clear agreements—we don’t sell accounts. If a match doesn’t pass platform review, it doesn’t launch.
