Step 2 — Review Pack & Submission

We compile a reviewer-ready evidence pack and submit under the owner’s warmed lane and the brand’s footprint—dual KYC, policy hygiene, and descriptor/legal/domain alignment. We don’t sell accounts; if a match doesn’t pass review, it doesn’t launch.

What goes in the review pack

🧾
Supplier & inventory proof — recent invoices, supplier contracts, payment proofs, photos/serials if applicable.
🚚
Shipping & tracking SOP — carriers used, cutoff times, tracking ≤ 24h after charge, delivery windows.
↩️
Refunds & returns — ≥ 30-day window, RMA steps, refund log export.
🏷️
Descriptor proof — bank letter/statement; support email/phone visible on site & checkout.
🧭
MCC mapping — accurate category, claims toned down, restricted items removed.
🧠
Risk & reserve model — cap schedule, staged ramps (7–14 days), cash buffer for potential reserves.

Reviewer-facing narrative

We avoid jargon and present a concise, auditable story:

  • What the brand sells, where it ships, and how support works
  • Why MCC fits; which claims were removed; refund/ship SLAs
  • How payouts route and how we reconcile weekly
  • What caps we accept and when we propose step-ups

Submission timeline

1) Finalize evidence
Close gaps from intake; export logs; capture descriptors and policy links.
2) Submit application
Owner/brand profiles attached; immutable evidence links included.
3) RFI window
We respond with prepared artifacts; no improvisation or gray-area edits.
4) Decision & test orders
If approved, run 5–10 low-value orders and check signals before ramps.

Compliance guardrails

  • No adult, gambling, CBD, or high-risk supplements
  • Regions served: U.S., Canada, Europe; no sanctioned regions
  • Refund window ≥ 30 days; tracking ≤ 24 hours

Review Pack — FAQ

Do you sell or rent accounts?
No. We match and operate on warmed payment lanes under dual KYC and clear agreements—we don’t sell accounts. If a match doesn’t pass platform review, it doesn’t launch.
Who receives the money?
Default: payouts land with IRent custody; IRent allocates and disburses per the revenue-share agreement with a weekly tie-out. Where policy requires otherwise, we use escrow/managed split, PSP-native split, or owner-bank settlement.
How long until go-live?
With complete artifacts, submission can be same-day; review windows vary by platform. Typical overall path to first payout: 7–14 days including tests.
