How it works
Payouts & disbursements
Default operating flow: Payouts route to IRent Agency’s designated account for the match. We allocate & disburse partner shares per the revenue-share terms in the operating agreement, with weekly ledger tie-out and transparent reporting.
- Segregated ledger by match; scheduled disbursements (e.g., weekly)
- Itemized reporting: gross, fees, reserves, refunds, disputes
- Optional rolling reserve & clawback clause
Compliance safeguards: Where platform policy requires owner-bank or sub-merchant settlement, we switch to a compliant alternative: escrow/managed split, PSP-native split, or owner-bank flow with contract settlement. If a review flags the setup, we pause and remediate. If review fails, it doesn’t launch.
Zero disputes in Q1 after descriptor cleanup + staged ramps.
